Jorge Monreal, President

As Quality Manager and Project Manager, Jorge was responsible for implementing a Build-to-Order strategy in a $1Billion business unit at John Deere.  There, he melded quality, lean methods, and technology.  As Program Liaison for a joint venture with Hitachi Construction Machinery, he was also instrumental in the establishment of an international "green-field" manufacturing site based on Lean Manufacturing methods. 

Jorge served four years in the Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer.  He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Florida State University where he served as AIChE President and an MBA from Georgetown University with honors certification in International Business Diplomacy.

Jorge also earned a Master in Engineering degree in Material Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a thesis on thermoelectrics.

He served on the Board of Directors of the Marion Regional Manufacturing Association and was appointed by the Marion Board of County Commissioners to the Marion County Fire-Rescue Board of Advisors.  A sport enthusiast, he has completed five sprint triathlons.

Raquel Huidor, Chief Operating Officer

Raquel has been a project manager in EDI implementation at a major Japanese electronics manufacturer. With many years of experience in systems analysis and resource training, she has led multi-million dollar systems implementation jointly with Fortune 10 companies. Her extensive experience covers configuration and design in SAP implementations, SAP/EDI interfacing with Gentran and Harbinger; and programming in RPG, AS/400 CL/QRY, COBOL,and C/C++.

Also managed projects such as: remote connectivity to AS/400, Y2K compliance, installation of a LAN using firewall technology, and automation/interface development for a Time and Attendance system.

Raquel has also been featured in the AS400 professional magazine for her impressive creativity and applied knowledge. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Computer Science from Florida State University.
